See who doesn't follow you back.
Instagram lets you download your followers and following lists. Drop that export here and this page compares them, right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and there's no sign-in.

How to get your export
- Open "Download your information". In the Instagram app: your profile, then the menu (three lines), then Your activity, then Download your information. On the web: Accounts Center, then Your information and permissions, then Download your information.
- Tap Download or transfer information, pick your Instagram profile, then choose Some of your information.
- Under Connections, tick Followers and following only, then Next.
- Choose Download to device. Set the date range to All time and the format to JSON, then Create files. A shorter date range leaves older followers out of the file. This page refuses such an HTML export, and warns about a JSON one when the dates give it away.
- Meta notifies you when the file is ready. For this small export it's usually minutes, though it can take up to a day or two. Download the ZIP and drop it above. On iPhone, Safari saves it to Files, in Downloads.
Repeat whenever you want to check again. Each export you load is saved on this device, so the Changes tab can show exactly who unfollowed you between two exports. If the menus look different, search Instagram Help for "download your information".
History on this device
Exports you've loaded in this browser. They feed the Changes tab and never leave your device. Safari can clear site data after a week without a visit, so download a backup if you want to keep it.

Privacy and limits
- Your files are read by JavaScript in this tab. There's no server, no account and no analytics, and the page's content security policy blocks every network request after it loads. The one exception: on your first visit, the page loads the old address, unfollowers.stvn0a0.dev, in a hidden frame to bring over the history saved there.
- Saved history lives in this browser's local storage only. Clear it any time above.
- This can't unfollow anyone for you. Tap a username to open the profile on Instagram and do it there.
- Lists come from your export, so they're as current as the moment Meta captured it. Anyone who follows you back after that still shows as not following back until your next export, which is why very recent follows are listed as too soon to tell.
- To double-check someone, look for “Follows you” on their profile or search your own Followers list. A “Following” button only means you follow them.
- Deactivated accounts stay among the accounts you follow but drop out of your followers, so they look like they don’t follow you back, and the export doesn’t say which ones they are. If Instagram says a profile isn’t available, tap Deactivated on that row and it won’t be counted. The mark is kept on this device and stops applying once a later export shows the account following you again.
